Lisa Sturdivant, MA, LPC, & LMFT 

Lisa Sturdivant is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling from George Fox University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marylhurst University. In working with clients Lisa gravitates towards a systemic, person-centered approach, working collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life challenges.

Lisa appreciates that we are each unique in our own perspectives and desired goals, therefore utilizes a variety of theoretical applications that are specific to each client’s needs. Lisa has additional training in: CBT, EMDR, Restoration Therapy, trauma informed approaches, sand tray, play and filial therapy, and art-based therapeutic techniques that can be integrated into working with a variety of issues such as: trauma, emotion regulation, boundaries, integration of spirituality / faith, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety.
