Lee Evans, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Lee Evans, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the evaluation, treatment and medication management of mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD for both older teens and adults. Lee focuses on a multidisciplinary approach which may include coordination with your primary care provider and/or therapist to provide a more holistic approach to treatment. He joins SCS after working for 5 years in the Portland Veteran Affairs Medical Center. He has also been providing care for patients as a PMHNP in the community. During this time Lee has been providing transcranial magnetic stimulation, TMS, for patients with treatment resistant depression. He is very excited to be bringing this cutting-edge technology to SCS.
Lee graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and finance in 2003 and from Linfield College in Portland, Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2014. He continued his education receiving his Master of Science degree in Nursing in 2017 from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. Lee grew up in the great state of Texas and still considers himself to be a Texan, no matter how long he has been away from home. He has lived in the northwest since 1999 and loves the natural beauty of this part of the country. His hobbies include hiking, camping, golf, running, and finding new foodie spots in the area. Lee also loves movies, long road trips, and to spend time volunteering for his church. His favorite activity is to just spend time with his family.
