Rates 
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan.  Please check your mental health outpatient coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health outpatient insurance benefits?

• What is my mental health deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover, and are there limits on the number of sessions per week and/or month?

• What is the co-pay or co-insurance amount per therapy session?

• Is prior approval required from my primary care physician?

Medical services provided by our nurse practitioners may have different deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance and benefit plan structure than your mental health benefits.  Please verify your medical benefits if you are seeing any of our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurses or Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Verify if you are covered through your Medical Insurance or Mental Health Insurance benefits.​
